Problem: Neighbour built fence three feet lower than clients yard grade.

Lack of privacy and limited usability.

Wanted vegetable garden and compost area.

Needed private seating and entertainment space.

Solution: Lowered grade with use of Allen Block and create patio with seating and entertainment space.

Pergolas for privacy from neighbours.

Tiered planting beds, raised veggie gardens and useable compost area.

This arrangement allows the client to use his yard nearly year round.
