Bear Mountain: Patio expansion

Problem: townhouse patio was too small for entertaining

Patio also exposed to street traffic.

Steep grade off existing patio.

Solution: new retaining wall increased usable patio area and allowed access into garden area.

Screens provided privacy from roadway.

Expanded garden beds into steep areas to increase garden enjoyment and reduce steep mowing problems.
